Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator will be responsible for project and administrative tasks associated with the Center’s programs and infrastructure including Fellowship Programs, events, communications, and coordination and support for meetings.  High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.  Prior experience with program coordination, event planning, or administrative support strongly preferred (such as from co-ops or internships). Demonstrated interest in science and medicine, academic or nonprofit administration, or women’s health research a plus!

Program Manager

The Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating a broad range of research initiatives, project management activities and operational tasks. This role has two primary areas of responsibilities: First, this role is responsible for identifying and creating meaningful and productive relationships between the First.In.Women Precision Medicine Platform (FiW) and key stakeholders. Second, this person will perform a variety of accounting and other grant management activities for the Center overall, which includes several PIs and approximately 15 research funds with mixture of government, biopharma industry, and philanthropic sponsors.  Bachelor’s required; Master’s Degree in business, health, or related fields strongly preferred. 3-5 years of demonstrated success in project management or equivalent.

Project Manager

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for coordinating a broad range of research initiatives and project management activities to fulfill the mission of the Connors Center.  The PM will have responsibility for day-to-day operations of several Connors Center research activities, including the Reproductive Outcomes of Stress and Aging (ROSA) Center, the Women’s Health Interdisciplinary Stress Program of Research (WHISPR), and the IGNITE Awards program within the First.In.Women Precision Medicine Platform. The PM will also coordinate other Center programming as needed, including an annual research event and other ad-hoc activities. Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of relevant work experience required.
