SIRCTT Educational and Networking Program

In partnership with leaders from across Mass General Brigham, the Connors Center for Women’s Health is excited to announce the Sex Informed Research Collaborative Think Tank (SIRCTT) Networking Program. Junior and mid-career investigators who are considering a career in women’s health and/or sex-informed research or are currently working in the field are invited to participate in this program.

Participants interested in expanding their career in sex -informed and women’s health research will participate in four meetings over the course of one year. At each meeting, they will have the possibility to interact with subject-matter experts via fireside chats and speed mentoring and to network with other investigators enrolled in SIRCTT. To join this program, you may be nominated by a SIRCTT representative and/or faculty or propose your own candidacy. Investigators joining this program will be part of an MGB research matrix to facilitate collaborative exchanges and share their work via the SIRCTT newsletter. Time commitment: 4-5 hours/yearly.

Candidates will be required:

  • To have a current appointment at an MGB Institution.
  • Be a Research Fellow, Instructor, or Assistant Professor.
  • To be interested in or currently pursuing women’s health or sex informed research.
  • To be able to attend four 90-minute meetings over 12-16 months.
  • To have a doctoral degree (MD and/or PhD or equivalent).

The RFN closes on April 25, 2025. The program is open to both US and non-US citizens. We strive to create a varied community of researchers that will bring unique perspectives not only in their life experiences, but also through their life experiences. To this end we encourage all eligible applicants to apply.
