The Executive Director of the Mary Horrigan Connors Center for Women’s Health Research and Director of the Women’s Hormones and Aging Research Program in the Department of Psychiatry at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA, is seeking a highly motivated full-time Postdoctoral Fellow to contribute to our suite of translational and clinical research studies focused on understanding brain health in midlife women, as manifested through neurocognitive function (mood, cognition, sleep, fatigue, stress, vasomotor instability) and in relation to dementia risk and cardiometabolic.

This course of study includes investigating the biological mechanisms, clinical course, and treatment in women during midlife and in those undergoing treatment for breast cancer. Research methods include hormonal interventions, functional brain imaging, physiologic and subjective sleep monitoring, stress induction paradigms. Opportunities include involvement with ongoing funded studies and analysis and manuscript preparation of recently completed data. The Fellow will also participate in the research and network activities and programs in both the Department of Psychiatry and the Connors Center of Women’s Health Research.
